Manufacturing safety software for the factory floor
Pre-starts, isolation checks and permits as forms, SWMS per job, risk assessments that show the residual risk, and every machine as an asset with its own service interval and tag-out history. Filled in on the floor, on any phone.
Australian owned. Used every day on active sites across Australia.

What is manufacturing safety software?
Manufacturing safety software replaces the clipboard on the machine, the SWMS folder in the supervisor’s office and the risk assessment that lives in a Word document nobody has opened since the audit. Pre-starts, isolation checks, permits, SWMS and risk assessments are filled in and signed on the floor, time-stamped as they happen, and filed against the machine they belong to.
On a factory floor the difference is the plant. Every press, saw, forklift and compressor is an asset in AREESA with its own service interval, its own tag-out history and its own risk assessment. When the interval clocks over the asset says so, when something is tagged out everyone can see it, and the pre-start is one QR scan away.
The parts of a factory that paper handles worst.
Pre-starts, isolations and permits as forms
Build the form your floor already uses: machine pre-starts, isolation checks, hot work permits, shift handovers. A no answer opens the follow-up questions on the spot.
SWMS for the job, not the folder
Build a SWMS once for a process, tailor it per job or line, and get the crew’s sign-off from their phones with every version on record.
Risk assessments that show the residual risk
Hazards by category, rated before and after controls, controls tagged by the hierarchy, versioned and reviewed on a date. Assessments cover the machines they apply to.
Every machine as an asset
Service intervals by hours or days, tag-outs with a reason, damage reports and a QR code on the guard that opens the machine’s record.
The pre-start is on the machine, not in the drawer.
Scan the QR code on the guard, the machine opens, the pre-start is there to start. What was checked, what failed and who signed is filed against the asset the moment it is submitted.
- A machine pre-start or isolation check completed on a phone, time-stamped and filed against the asset.
- A no answer opens the follow-up questions, so the fault is described before the shift moves on.
- Completed forms print as branded PDFs when the auditor or the insurer asks.

Before and after the control, on the record.
A risk assessment in AREESA is not a document. Hazards sit in categories, each with an initial and a residual rating, and each control is tagged by type, so the assessment shows what the guarding actually bought you.
- Each hazard carries an initial rating and a residual rating, so the effect of the guarding, the isolation or the PPE is on the record.
- Controls are tagged by type, from elimination and engineering through to PPE.
- Every assessment is versioned, has a review due date and shows who has acknowledged it.

Stop chasing paperwork around your sites.
The cost of a paper system is not the paper, it is the hours. Organisations typically save 20 to 50 hours a month when digital forms replace the chase.
Pre-starts that chase themselves
Create a task and AREESA alerts you when it has not been done. No more Friday ring-around to find out who skipped the pre-start.
Sign in once, timesheet done
Workers sign into a site and a timesheet entry is logged for the time they are onsite. Site attendance and hours, captured in one action.
Records that file themselves
Toolbox talks, inductions and sign-offs are stored the moment they happen. Audit prep becomes a search, not a week of digging.

From the phone in their pocket. No app.
AREESA is fully web-based. An operator opens the browser on their own phone, scans the code on the machine and fills in the pre-start where they stand. Nothing to install, nothing to update, no Apple-or-Android lock-in.
Not just documented. Verified.
A safety system only counts if you can prove it happened.

Completion tracking
See who has completed inductions, sign-offs and inspections across every site, live.

Approval workflows
SWMS and documents move through review and approval with a full history.

Audit-ready records
Every record time-stamped and signed. When the auditor asks, you search, not scramble.
Questions
Can we run machine pre-starts and isolation checks in AREESA?
Yes. Build them in the form builder with the fields your floor uses, including yes and no questions with cascading logic, photos and signatures. Start them from the asset itself so the record stays with the machine.
How do risk assessments work for plant?
A risk assessment can cover one machine or many. Hazards are grouped by category, each rated before and after controls, and each control is tagged by type. The assessment is versioned, carries a review due date, and shows who has acknowledged it.
Can we tag out a machine?
Yes. Tag it out with a reason and notes, and the tag-out history shows who applied it, when, and when it was cleared. On a public asset a tag-out also stops anyone starting a form from its QR code until it is cleared.
Does AREESA work across shifts and multiple sites?
Yes. Records are time-stamped as they happen, so the day shift’s pre-starts and the night shift’s are on the same asset. Sites and projects hold their own forms, SWMS, meetings and assets, and you can see who is signed in at each.
Do workers need an app?
No. AREESA is fully web-based, so it works on any device with a browser: phone, tablet or computer, Apple or Android. Workers can even use a personal email address.
What does manufacturing safety software cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your organisation and the modules you need. Book a demo and you’ll get a straight number in the first conversation.
