Online induction software

Online induction software that gets new starters hitting the ground running

Build your inductions once, with your policies inside them. Every new starter is assigned theirs the moment they are added and works through them from any device during onboarding, even before day one. No projector in the site shed, no folder of sign-off sheets.

Australian owned. Used every day on active sites across Australia.

The basics

What is online induction software?

Online induction software replaces the projector session, the DVD and the sign-here folder. You build the induction as a form, with your policies uploaded into it for the worker to read and acknowledge, and attach it as an induction. Workers complete it from any device with a browser, and every completion is signed and time-stamped on record.

The difference shows up in onboarding. Instead of a new starter standing around while someone finds the induction pack, their inductions were assigned the moment they were added and completed from any device, ticked off before the real work starts.

Time back

Onboarding, already sorted.

Build inductions once. Every new starter has their required inductions on their dashboard the moment they are added, and works through them before the real work starts.

  • Assigned automatically: every new starter has their organisation inductions on their dashboard, marked pending until they are done.
  • Completed anywhere: workers work through their inductions on a phone, tablet or computer, wherever onboarding happens. A personal email address is fine.
  • Mandatory or optional, once only or every so many days: a 365-day frequency means the annual refresher assigns itself.

Built to fit

One induction does not fit everyone.

  • Organisation inductions

What your own staff must do. Set them for the whole organisation or by department, each one mandatory or optional.

  • Site inductions

What anyone signing in by the site QR code must do, with a different induction for visitors and for employees.

  • Policies inside the induction

Upload the policies into the induction form and the worker reads and acknowledges each one as part of completing it.

  • On a schedule

Once only, or every so many days. Refreshers re-assign themselves, so annual re-inductions stop relying on someone remembering.

Proof, not paperwork

Who has done what, on one screen.

The induction register is the answer to the question you get asked. Completion across the organisation, every person against every induction, and who still has something outstanding.

  • A completion percentage with counts of completed, in progress, not started and expired.
  • Every person against every induction, with a status on each and how many they have outstanding.
  • Outstanding mandatory inductions by department, and one button to notify everyone who still has one to do.

Site induction software

Site induction software that meets workers at the gate.

Tie inductions to the site itself, so no one is signed in without doing the current site induction and the gate does the checking for you.

  • Tie an induction to the site, and anyone scanning the QR code does it before they are signed in.
  • A different site induction for visitors and for employees.
  • Be notified when someone completes a site induction, and sign-out logs a timesheet entry.

No app. Any phone. Done.

AREESA is fully web-based. A new starter opens the link in their phone’s browser and completes their induction; nothing to install, no Apple-or-Android lock-in, and a personal email address works fine.

Proof

Not just documented. Verified.

A safety system only counts if you can prove it happened.

  • A required form in AREESA on a phone, marked completed

    Completion tracking

See who has completed inductions, sign-offs and inspections across every site, live.

  • The AREESA metrics action bar showing forms awaiting approval, overdue tasks and expired licences

    Approval workflows

SWMS and documents move through review and approval with a full history.

  • A Safe Work Method Statement generated by AREESA as a branded PDF, with the company block and worker names blurred

    Audit-ready records

Every record time-stamped and signed. When the auditor asks, you search, not scramble.

Questions

How do I build an induction in AREESA?

The same way you build any form. Put the content and the questions in, upload the policies the worker has to acknowledge, and attach the form as an induction. Then set whether it is mandatory or optional and how often it repeats.

Can new starters complete their induction before day one?

They can. Organisation inductions are assigned automatically and sit on the worker’s dashboard as pending, completed from any device with a browser, so induction happens during onboarding instead of eating the first morning on site.

What is the difference between an organisation induction and a site induction?

An organisation induction is what your own staff must do, set for the whole organisation or by department. A site induction is what anyone signing in by the site QR code must do, and it can differ for visitors and for employees.

How do I know who has completed their induction?

The induction register shows a completion percentage, every person against every induction with a status, how many each person has outstanding, and outstanding mandatory inductions by department. One button notifies everyone who still has one to do.

Can inductions repeat as refreshers?

Yes. An induction runs once only or every so many days. Set 365 and the annual refresher assigns itself; an induction past its frequency shows as expired in the register.

Do workers need an app?

No. AREESA is fully web-based, so it works on any device with a browser: phone, tablet or computer, Apple or Android. Workers can even use a personal email address.

What does online induction software cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your organisation and the modules you need. Book a demo and you’ll get a straight number in the first conversation.
