Transport and logistics

Transport safety software that keeps every vehicle on record

Every truck, trailer and forklift as an asset with its service interval in kilometres, driver pre-starts as forms started from a QR code on the door, licences chased before they expire, and timesheets from sign-out. One platform, from the depot to the road.

Australian owned. Used every day on active sites across Australia.

The basics

What is transport and logistics safety software?

Transport and logistics safety software replaces the pre-start book in the cab, the rego and service spreadsheet in the office and the licence copies in a filing cabinet. Every prime mover, trailer, forklift and light vehicle is an asset in AREESA with its service interval in kilometres, hours or days, its registration expiry, its tag-out history and a QR code on the door.

For a fleet the difference is that the vehicle keeps its own record. The driver scans the code, does the pre-start on their phone, and the completed form is filed against that vehicle. When the service interval clocks over the asset is flagged and the workshop gets an email. When a licence is about to expire, the driver is chased before it does.

Built for the fleet

The parts of running vehicles that paper handles worst.

  • Every vehicle as an asset

Rego and serial, registration expiry, service interval by kilometres with the current reading, service history, damage reports and tag-outs, all on the vehicle’s record.

  • Driver pre-starts as forms

Build the vehicle checklist your fleet already uses, with photos and a no answer that opens the follow-up questions. Started from the vehicle’s QR code, filed against the vehicle.

  • Licences chased before expiry

Every driver carries a digital passport with their licences and tickets. When one is about to expire, AREESA chases the holder automatically.

  • Risk assessments across the fleet

One assessment can cover every vehicle it applies to, with hazards rated before and after controls, versioned and reviewed on a date.

Proof, not paperwork

The vehicle tells you when it is due.

Set the interval in kilometres and the reading you are at now. From then on the vehicle does the counting, and the workshop hears from the asset, not from a spreadsheet.

  • Service interval set in kilometres, hours or days with the current reading; the asset is flagged and the workshop emailed when it clocks over.
  • Damage reported from the vehicle’s record, with the service history showing who logged what and when.
  • Tag a vehicle out with a reason and it stays tagged, on record, until someone clears it.

Drivers

Every driver on record, from the cab.

Licences, inductions and the vehicle they are assigned sit on the driver’s own dashboard, and their hours come from sign-in and sign-out rather than a paper timesheet.

  • A driver’s licences, inductions and assigned vehicle on their own dashboard.
  • Timesheets logged from sign-out, exported as CSV to feed your payroll process.
  • One-tap incident reporting from the dashboard, with photos from the scene.

Time back

Stop chasing paperwork around your sites.

The cost of a paper system is not the paper, it is the hours. Organisations typically save 20 to 50 hours a month when digital forms replace the chase.

  • Pre-starts that chase themselves

Create a task and AREESA alerts you when it has not been done. No more Friday ring-around to find out who skipped the pre-start.

  • Sign in once, timesheet done

Workers sign into a site and a timesheet entry is logged for the time they are onsite. Site attendance and hours, captured in one action.

  • Records that file themselves

Toolbox talks, inductions and sign-offs are stored the moment they happen. Audit prep becomes a search, not a week of digging.

AREESA is fully web-based. The driver opens the browser on their own phone, scans the code on the door and does the pre-start before pulling out. Nothing to install, nothing to update, no Apple-or-Android lock-in.

Proof

Not just documented. Verified.

A safety system only counts if you can prove it happened.

  • A required form in AREESA on a phone, marked completed

    Completion tracking

See who has completed inductions, sign-offs and inspections across every site, live.

  • The AREESA metrics action bar showing forms awaiting approval, overdue tasks and expired licences

    Approval workflows

SWMS and documents move through review and approval with a full history.

  • A Safe Work Method Statement generated by AREESA as a branded PDF, with the company block and worker names blurred

    Audit-ready records

Every record time-stamped and signed. When the auditor asks, you search, not scramble.

Questions

Can drivers do their pre-start from the cab?

Yes. Scan the QR code on the vehicle, the asset opens in the phone’s browser with its forms, and the pre-start is there to start. The completed form is filed against that vehicle with a time stamp.

How does service scheduling work for a fleet?

Turn on service scheduling for each vehicle, choose kilometres, hours or days, set the interval and the current reading. When the vehicle clocks up the interval it is flagged Requires Service with a red banner, and the email addresses you nominated are notified.

Does AREESA track driver licences?

Yes. Licences and tickets sit in each worker’s digital passport with their expiry dates, and AREESA chases the holder before a licence expires.

Can we assign vehicles to drivers?

Yes. Assets are assigned to people, sites or other assets, so a trailer can be assigned to a prime mover and the prime mover to a driver, and the asset shows the chain.

Do drivers need an app?

No. AREESA is fully web-based, so it works on any device with a browser: phone, tablet or computer, Apple or Android. Drivers can even use a personal email address.

What does transport safety software cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your organisation and the modules you need. Book a demo and you’ll get a straight number in the first conversation.
