Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy explains what Highline Safety Pty Ltd (ABN 99 616 575 083), trading as AREESA, collects on areesa.com.au, what it is used for, who handles it and how to ask us about it. It covers this website only. The AREESA application at areesa.app has its own privacy policy, linked from its login page.

What we collect

When you book a demo: your name, work email and organisation, and, if you give them, your phone number, your industry and notes about what you want the demo to cover. We also record which page of this site you came from and the country the request was sent from.

When you request a free template: your name, email, organisation and the template you chose, your phone number if you give it, plus the page you came from and the country.

When you browse: the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics and Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read, the site you arrived from, the type of browser and the country. Cloudflare and Ahrefs run without cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell a returning visit from a new one; it does not tell us who you are. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-term request logs to keep it secure.

The Google Analytics cookies are the only cookies this website sets. It does not set cookies for advertising.

How we use it

• To reply to your demo request and arrange a time.
• To email you the template you asked for and, now and then, to tell you what is new in AREESA.
• To follow up about AREESA when you have asked for a demo.
• To see which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.
• To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them to advertise to you on other sites.

Who handles it

• Our team in Adelaide, who read and reply to requests.
• Work Life Safety Systems, our sister business, which runs the info@wlss.com.au mailbox and the phone line.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides analytics.
• Ahrefs, which provides analytics.
• Google, which provides analytics.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Demo and template requests arrive as emails. We keep them while we are in contact with you and for our business records. Analytics data is held in aggregate and does not identify you. Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you wherever we can.

Your choices

Email info@wlss.com.au or call (08) 8322 2279 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We will reply and tell you what we did.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date at the top.
